The Repair Process

Schedule a Repair
Every insurance company has a different procedure. Sometimes we receive the information beforehand and can contact the customer to schedule a repair. Other times the customer contacts us to schedule a repair. If the customer requires towing we can schedule that as well. -
Inspection
Once the vehicles is at the collision center, we perform an Inspection/ walk around to provide an initial assessment of the damage. -
Check-In/Rental Car
Once the customer is checked we can assist with rental car services to get them on their way! -
Disassembly
The vehicle goes into a disassembly phase which allows us create a ?blueprint? of the damage and necessary repairs. -
Customer Notification
The customer is notified of the extent of damage and the time frame for the repair.
